Most offer unlimited (or at least a lot of) storage for a flat subscription fee, and many, including Acronis, can also make local file backups to an external hard drive. Some of these services also back up system files, applications, smartphones, tablets and external hard drives to the cloud. Online-backup services, or cloud backup services, make an online copy of every personal file on your computer. If the backup is shown as empty when browsing it in Windows Explorer, rename the folder C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database, reboot the computer and try again.Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office: Cloud backup services defined If you need to keep these attributes, it is recommended to perform a recovery via Acronis True Image as described above.
Note: The copied files lose the "Compressed" and "Encrypted" attribute.

Select a destination on your computer to where you want to recover selected files/folders. By default the latest backup version is selected: Acronis True Image will display the data inside the backup. If necessary, select backup version (data state on specific date and time). Depending on type of backup, possible recovery modes are: Entire PC, Disks, Partitions, Files. Acronis True Image will display possible recovery modes for this backup.
